Broker Owner of Luxton Real Estate in Paso Robles, she has 300+ homes sold since 2011. She guides her clients through pricing, negotiation, and each step to closing. A Central Coast local since 1980 and a graduate of Atascadero High School and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Karlie also serves San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, and Arroyo Grande, with a focus on first-time buyers, VA loans for veterans, and investment and short-term rental properties. As an active rental investor herself, she knows that market from both sides of the table.
